I had my tax return processed by one of Anthony's accountants. When the money arrived in my account it was $1500 less than originally calculated. Over a period of a few weeks I called multiple times to talk to the lady that processed my return to find out why it had changed. Every phone call was the same - the receptionist said she would call me back, but she never did. I decided to go into the office and was given a short meeting with Anthony, I was told the reason for the large difference was due to a mistake by the accountant and that it is lucky they had picked it up otherwise I would have received a fine next year. The resolution I was given was a promise to get an extra $100 on next year's return. I won't return next year.

Disappointing, useless & not professional. Not worth the money.We've been using this agency with the agent 'Lars' for last 2 years and now we have $2,000 debt to pay to ATO because of their small mistake. I wish I never have used this company.
